Working Principle

The core principle of the clapper aseptic homogenizer is to alternately and rapidly tap the sample bag by two clapper plates, so that the sample inside the bag is violently mixed with the diluent. The tapping force breaks up the cellular structure of the sample or causes microorganisms on the surface and inside to be dislodged and released into the liquid. During this process, the sample remains enclosed in the sterilized sterile bag, thus ensuring a sterile processing environment and no contamination of the sample components.

Process of Use:

  1. Fill the solid sample and dilution solution into the sterile homogenizing bag.
  2. Put the bag into the homogenizer, close the safety door.
  3. Set the homogenization parameters, time, frequency, spacing.
  4. Start the equipment, the clapper plate begins to beat at high frequency.
  5. After homogenization is completed, the homogenized liquid can be used directly for subsequent testing, such as microbial culture, PCR, pesticide residue analysis, etc.
