Working Principle
- The bottom-driven single-use bioreactor optimizes the material transfer and gas-liquid mixing inside the reactor through the down-mixing stirring design, mainly through the mixing effect of axial flow and slanting into the stirring paddles. The bubbles inside the equipment can be aerated through the form of large bubbles and microbubbles, which effectively improves the oxygen dissolution efficiency and ensures sufficient oxygen supply to the cells in suspension cell culture. The pressure control system can monitor the internal pressure of the reactor in real time to ensure the stable operation of the bioreactor.
