Alloy Double Roll Crusher
The alloy double roll crusher is expertly designed for sealing and dustproof operation, ensuring contamination-free sample preparation and quality control. With stable running and convenient operation, it is widely used in sample preparation and industrial quality analysis. The equipment strictly adheres to national standards, such as “Coal Mechanized Sampling”, “Commercial Coal Quality Acceptance Methods”, and “General Rules for Ore Sample Preparation”, meeting high-standard requirements for industrial testing and laboratory analysis.
Features
- High hardness wear-resistant alloy roller surface: Special alloy casting and precision heat treatment, along with anti-adhesive coating, prevents material adhesion and extends roller lifespan.
- Adjustable discharge size: Gap between the two rolls is adjustable for precise control of finished product size, suitable for various crushing requirements.
- Sealing and dustproof structure: Fully enclosed design with sealing ring and dust-absorbing interface effectively inhibits dust leakage for excellent environmental protection.
- Smooth running, low noise: High-precision bearings and buffer system reduce noise and vibration, making it ideal for laboratory and quiet environments.
- Compact structure, easy maintenance: Simple, reasonable modular design enables easy disassembly and maintenance, saving operating costs.
Advantages
- High adaptability: Suitable for coal, ore, ferroalloy, coke, glass, slag, and other sample crushing processes.
- No sample loss: No overflow or dust leakage during crushing, preserving sample integrity for precision analysis.
- Energy-saving and durable: Low power consumption with long service life, reducing downtime and maintenance.
- Intelligent control: Optional automatic gap adjustment and electrical control system enable intelligent sample preparation.
Working Principle
The alloy double roll crusher operates via a pair of relatively rotating cylindrical alloy rollers. Material enters the crushing chamber between the rolls and is subjected to two-way shearing and squeezing, crushing it to the desired size. The roll gap is adjustable for controlled particle size, and anti-adhesion treatment prevents blockage from high humidity materials. The motor-driven transmission uses a deceleration device for synchronous roller operation and includes overload protection to prevent damage from foreign materials.
Application Areas
- Coal industry: Preliminary sample crushing for coal preparation, heat content, moisture, and ash analysis.
- Metallurgy and iron/steel: Crushing and sampling of ferroalloy, coke, sinter ore, and other medium-hard materials.
- Geological exploration: Laboratory crushing of rock and ore samples for further assay.
- Building materials industry: Crushing pretreatment for cement raw materials, slag, and ceramics.
- Third-party testing organizations: Standardized sample preparation for reliable data analysis.
