Working Principle

The culture shaker establishes a uniform constant temperature environment through the built-in heater and fan system. The temperature is sampled by the built-in sensor in real time and fed back to the control system, and the PID algorithm finely adjusts the heating intensity to achieve precise temperature control.

The oscillating part is driven by a precision track and brushless motor to realize stable gyratory motion. The combination of different amplitudes and speeds can simulate a variety of cultivation environments, promoting the rapid growth of microorganisms or cells under the conditions of fully mixed oxygen and nutrients. The system supports dynamic and static mode switching, which can meet the needs of different experimental programs.
