Principle of Operation
Tabletop high pressure steam sterilizers remove air from the surface and interior of the item by first pre-vacuuming and evacuating the item to improve steam permeability. Subsequently, the equipment releases saturated steam through a jet steam generator, using high temperature and high pressure steam to sterilize the article. During the sterilization process, the steam enters every corner of the sterilized article and rapidly destroys the cellular structure of microorganisms to achieve sterilization. After the sterilization is completed, the equipment automatically releases steam and cools down, then enters the drying stage to ensure that the sterilized articles are completely dry.
The sterilization process is controlled by microcomputer, and the double monitoring of F0 value and temperature and time ensures the accuracy of the sterilization effect. At the same time, the waste water tank inside the equipment will issue an alarm when the water is full, avoiding the interference of waste water on the sterilization process.
