Working Principle

The ultra low temperature cooling and heating circulating bath consists of heating module, compressor refrigeration system, hot gas bypass regulation system and liquid circulation pump. The refrigeration circuit adopts the hot gas bypass valve regulated by stepping motor, which can dynamically control the refrigerant flow according to the actual temperature demand, thus improving the refrigeration stability and energy efficiency. The thermostat senses the medium temperature through a high-sensitivity probe and adjusts the cooling and heating power in real time. Liquid medium (e.g. ethanol, silicone oil, etc.) forms a closed loop driven by a circulation pump to realize heat exchange between the controlled system and the circulation bath.
