Working Principle
- Heating: Internal element converts electricity to heat, raising the ceramic-coated aluminum plate temperature. PID controller continuously monitors and adjusts heating for uniform, accurate temperature transfer to vessel contents.
- Stirring: Magnetic field rotates stir bar, generating liquid flow for uniform mixing. Each channel’s temperature and speed are independently controlled, enabling simultaneous processing of diverse samples.
- Independent PID systems ensure precise control per channel, unaffected by other channels.
