Working Principle
The working principle of pre-vacuum horizontal autoclave is based on the combination of pre-vacuum and high temperature and high pressure steam. During the sterilization process, the inner chamber is first pumped to a vacuum state by the pre-vacuum system to remove the air from the surface of the articles. Next, steam is injected into the inner chamber and comes into full contact with the article, using the high temperature and pressure of the steam to kill microorganisms on the article.
